après avoir déposé sur la plaque environ 2 livres de viandes haché la plaque a tordu de façon très significative, presque 2 pouces sur le coin avant, une fois refroidi, elle est presque revenue a la normale, mais a quand même une légère déficience, je l'utilise sur le portable oven box de bakerstone. c'est la plaque qui vient avec.
