The Pizza Oven Box can be placed on the cooking surface of most 3 burner or larger gas grills and full-size charcoal grills generating a wood-fired like cooking environment.
As well, the Original Series Portable Gas Pizza Oven Box can be converted to a Portable Gas Griddle by removing the Pizza Oven Box (included) and replacing it with the BakerStone Original Series Cast Iron Griddle (Sold Separately).
